Roll up your sleeves, try something new, and discover Korean culture through our hands-on workshops and activities. From making kimchi and exploring Korea's fermentation traditions to traditional folk games and cultural experiences for children and families, our workshops are designed to make culture something you can touch, create, learn, and share together.

Workshop Registration Is Now Open!

Online registration for select festival workshops opens August 26, 2026ㅡ$20 per person

Kimchi Workshop
Learn how to make authentic Korean kimchi while discovering the traditions and techniques behind Korea’s iconic fermented food.
Jegi Workshop
Make your own jegi, a traditional Korean shuttlecock, then put your skills to the test in our festival Jegichagi Challenge!
Hanji Fan Making — Free for kids
Create your own traditional Korean folding fan using beautiful Hanji, Korea’s traditional handmade paper.
젓가락 (Chopsticks) Workshop:
Learn how to use Korean chopsticks through fun, hands-on practice. Free for all ages!
K-Pop Dance Challenge
Love K-Pop? Take the stage and show us your moves! Join our K-Pop Dance Competiiton and share your favorite K-Pop choreography with the festival crowd.
K-Pop Random Play Dance — Festival Finale
We’re ending the festival with K-Pop energy! When a song you know starts playing, jump in and dance along. No registration, no audition — just recognize the song, know the moves, and join the fun!
