​​Kids at the Korean culture camp experience Korean culture, which includes traditional toy games, Korean drum performances (known as "Nanta"), traditional Korean dance, folk songs, Taekwondo, art, Korean calligraphy, and folk games.

2022 PANSORI CONCERT

Penn Asian Evergreen Center

Oct 16th, Sunday 2 pm

KCul hosted a concert featuring the renowned pansori singer, Hee Won Park from Korea. The event was held as a part of KCul's ongoing efforts to promote Korean culture overseas. The concert was well received by an audience of 150 people and provided a unique opportunity for them to experience the traditional Korean music form of pansori.

Enjoy Korean culture with your Family!

Seeing: Korean dance, taekwondo, stick art, and Art exhibition

Listening: Assorted drums, folk songs, ocarina

Eating: Various Korean food markets such as kimbap, japchae, tteokbokki, pajeon (Korean Pancake), etc.

Folk Game: Ttakji-chigi (Korean folk game with folded paper), Jegichagi (hacky sack),dalgona pulling

2021 MUSIC CONCERT

Heart of Korea:

Tradition: Transformation

November 6th, Saturday 4:30 AM

KCul will host the music concert 'Heart of Korea: Tradition-Transformation' with the well-known 3 traditional musicians from Korea (Pansori, Haegeum, Gayaguem) and a 5-member band from Chicago and Philadelphia (The band will re-arrange and perform Korean traditional music in jazz style).
